Inscape Partner Requirements

Our network consists of highly qualified HR industry specialists. Becoming a member of the Inscape Partners International network requires the fulfilment of certain criteria.

Industry Experience

In general we only partner with companies which are specialized within one or more segments of the professional HR Industry. Our Partners are typically HR Development and Training companies, as well as more broadly based management consulting companies with departments specializing in our area of expertise.

Size

Size matters! Although quantity does not outweigh quality, especially not in our world, we typically do not partner with companies with fewer than 6-8 consultants. Our scope in terms of business building requires partners of a certain size in order to ensure an adequate internal capacity for meeting client requirements in international projects.

International Scope

In order to make our network efficient and strong, it is prerequisite to enroll partners who have a high degree of understanding - and preferably also experience – of working across geographical boundaries.

Business Maturity

Business maturity is important, as a company with a long track record has proven its worth and is also typically financially stable. Moreover, business maturity is also often seen in a company’s operational patterns, and the established procedures and principles can be a solid foundation for ensuring quality.

Reputation

It is important that our partners have a good reputation in their local markets.  Clients (especially international clients) often review the parties involved in a project and it is obvious that a partner with a doubtful reputation could easily harm the perceived value of our network. We therefore conduct research into all new partner prospects using a variety of sources including newspapers, the internet, published annual reports as well as our own networks.

Ethical Standards

As a company working within the HR industry, ethics play a very important role. Respect for the individual and a humble approach to people development is a prerequisite for being considered as an Inscape Business Partner.

Financial Stability

A partner’s financial stability is important. One advantage of our network is that more than one of our partners may cooperate in servicing multi-national clients in different countries. In order to be successful at doing this, we need to ensure that all partners are able to deliver all goods and services in a timely and responsible fashion. Failure to do so due to financial distress may lead to the destabilization of part of the network as well as cause damage to both the network’s and Inscape’s reputations.

Clients

Your clients tell a story about your company. Assessing the client base is therefore also an interesting aspect for us, when reviewing a partner prospect.

Network

We are looking for partners who understand the true meaning of the term “network.” Partners who not only ask the typical question, “What’s in it for me?” but who also ask themselves “What do I bring to the network?” In other words we operate with a win-win approach; partners both "feed" the network as well as "feed-on" the network.
