 2.      Correspondence and Meetings with Inscape Partners International Executives

If we believe we can build a mutually beneficial relationship, we will be in touch to continue our dialogue. We will set up a meeting between you and our executives to discuss the possibility further.

3.      Term Sheets and Contracts
The term sheet is essentially an outline of the content of the Business Partner Contract. The term sheet lists basic rights, commitments and pricing information and is not a legally binding document. When we reach an agreement the contents of the term sheet, a Business Partner contract will be drafted.

4.      International Partner Certification 
After signing the contract as a new Business Partner you are now ready to enter the network. The first step is to participate in International Partner Certification. The International Partner Certification is a means of ensuring the required level of product knowledge, a joint approach and a shared framework among partners. This applies to the “academic”/professional level as well as the business side. Please note that access to our products and solutions will be provided once you have completed International Partner Certification.
